This policy explains, simply and directly, what data is processed when you use PDFsy and why the answer, in most cases, is "none".

1. Your files never leave your browser

Every PDFsy tool processes your files locally, inside your own browser, using the browser's built-in capabilities. No PDF, image, document or data that you load into a tool is sent to our servers or to any third-party server. You can confirm this by disconnecting from the internet once the page has loaded — the tools keep working normally.

2. What data we collect

Like any website, the server that delivers PDFsy's pages may log basic technical access data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested), used only for security, abuse detection and service performance. We don't link these logs to user profiles, because PDFsy has no accounts or profiles.

If you contact us through the contact page, the name, email, subject and message you write are emailed to the PDFsy team, solely so we can reply to you. They are not stored in any database or used for any other purpose.

3. Cookies and local storage

PDFsy doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use your browser's local storage to save strictly necessary preferences, such as your choice in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for more details.

4. Third-party services

To work, PDFsy pages load some technical resources hosted by third parties — fonts (Google Fonts) and JavaScript code libraries (via the cdnjs network). These requests follow the normal workings of the internet: the provider of that resource sees the request (including your IP address), just as happens when you visit any page with external images or fonts. We don't actively share data about you with these services or use them to identify you.

5. Your rights

Since PDFsy doesn't create accounts or store files or user profiles, there is no personal data linked to your use of the tools to delete, correct or export. For any request about technical server access data, or about a message you've sent us, contact us through the contact page.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
