By using PDFsy, you accept the terms described on this page. Please read them carefully — they're short on purpose.

1. The service

PDFsy provides a set of free tools for creating, converting, editing and organizing PDF files, which run entirely inside the user's browser, without uploading files to external servers.

2. Acceptable use

PDFsy is intended for legitimate personal and professional use. By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the tools to process content that is illegal, fraudulent or infringes the rights of others (for example, forging documents or signatures);
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, including through automated attacks, aggressive scraping or attempts to overload the service;
• Reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the site's code without permission.

3. No warranties

PDFsy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Although we take care to test every tool, we don't guarantee that results will always be error-free or that the service will be available without interruption. We recommend you always keep a backup of your original files before processing them.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PDFsy is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use (or inability to use) the site's tools, including loss of data or files. Since all processing happens on your own device, responsibility for managing and backing up your files always remains with you.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code and content of the PDFsy website belong to its creators. The files you process with the tools remain your property at all times — PDFsy never receives or accesses them, nor claims any rights over them.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We may add, change or remove tools, and update these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
